| A boxing based class working with focus pads, skipping ropes and boxing bags. Combining impact, cardio and abdominal training whilst focusing on correct boxing technique (your own gloves are recommended) |
Pump |
| Strength class! Simple yet effective non impact class using barbells and weights to music. |
Spin (Spin + Abs) |
Great music inspires you through a range of riding terrains throught the use of added resistence and variable speeds.
Spin + Abs! - A 45 minute class with a mix of Abs and Spin. |
Yoga |
| Improve your flexibility and your stamina, whilst relaxing the mind. Learn how to stretch and tone whilst slowing down the breath. we recommend you bring your own mat. |
Pole Dancing |
| (6wk Course) Our pole fitness classes are designed to be a great fitness workout. for all fitness conscious women. A great fitness alternative for the avergare women who wants to do something out of the ordinary. Classes vary from beginners, intermediate and advanced. |
